A real 5 star performance from the Saints yesterday evening.

The lads went at it from the start with energy and commitment and took a commanding 3-0 lead into half time. This was a tough physical encounter at times against a strong and commited Lakewood premier team. But the Marys lads matched that intensity throughout and played some outstanding football to finish on a 5-0 scoreline.

Goals on the night from Conor Nolan, Sam Cronin, Joe Mulcahy and another brace from Jamie Conway.

But this was an overall top team performance with every player from 1-14 working hard for each other. This result sets up a semi final against Mallow on Saturday morning.
